MIMBOSS personalisation orders will take an additional 1 - 2 business days for delivery. 

All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require signature, unless you provide authority to leave during checkout. In Australia we use Star Track Couriers; International Orders are send using DHL or Courier Post.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, this email will include all tracking details relating to your online order.

If you are not present at the delivery address to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local postal outlet for collection. This information will be indicated via your tracking on the courier website. If you have provided authority to leave during the checkout, your parcel will be left in an appropriate location at your delivery address.

In the event that your order is not collected from the closest postal outlet within 7 business days it will be returned to MIMCO.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All MIMCO orders are delivered by registered courier. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped from it's fulfillment location. This will include a tracking link so that you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel. Please note: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours.

Rest assured, if you haven't received a dispatch email notification our team are most likely still working hard to get your product/s to you. We will of course keep you informed with any order information as updates become available.

SPLIT ORDERS

To avoid delaying your order and any disappointment we may fulfill your order from multiple locations. In this instance your purchase would be split into multiple orders and delivered to you separately. You will receive an email notification with any new order details including your tracking information. In the event of a split purchase please be assured that you will not incur and additional shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped using DHL or Courier Post and may take up to 10 business days to arrive, subject to customers processing and holding timeframes. DUTIES & TAXES

The order total, inclusive of postage, does not contain applicable duties or taxes that may be applied by customs and in the country of delivery. The responsibility for any customs duties , foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from making the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed in the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Please note: Online orders being delivered to New Zealand may be dispatched from either Australia or New Zealand based on our stock availability. We offer dispatch from multiple locations to ensure we provide our New Zealand customers with our full product range and availability at all times.
