All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require signature, unless you provide authority to leave during checkout. In Australia we use Star Track Couriers, in New Zealand we use Courier Post and all other international Orders we use DHL.

Please note: Our courier service StarTrack has made a decision to protect their frontline workers during the current Coronavirus outbreak, by removing signature on standard delivery as a requirement. This is effective immediately.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, this email will include all tracking details relating to your online order.

If you are not present at the delivery address to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local postal outlet for collection. This information will be indicated via your tracking on the provided website. If you have provided authority to leave during the checkout, your parcel will be left in an appropriate location at your delivery address.

In the event that your order is not collected from the closest postal outlet within 7 business days it will be returned to MIMCO.

Authority to Leave is required for all Same Day Delivery orders. In the event that it is deemed unsafe to delivery your order or the courier is unable to deliver for any other reason, your order will be returned to MIMCO. Our Customer Service team will then proceed to contact you directly in relation to your order. Same Day Delivery orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

If there is an issue fulfilling your Same Day Delivery order, we will contact you via phone. If we are unable to reach you to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to convert your order to standard delivery with Authority to Leave. In these cases, the Same Day Delivery charge will be refunded to you.

Click & Collect

Please note: Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, this service is temporarily unavailable.

We offer two types of 'Click & Collect' services at most MIMCO Boutiques.

Simply select 'find in store' on the product page and then 'buy now' next to the store you would like to collect your item from, this will add the item to your shopping bag where you can proceed to the online checkout for payment, Alternatively, you can select 'Click & Collect' as your delivery method during the checkout process.

You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection at your nominated store, please wait to receive this email before attempting to collect your item.

Please note: For security purposes only you may collect the items. To verify your identity upon collection, our boutique will ask for your photo ID.

Unfortunately, the 'Click & Collect' service is not available on all items.

Parcel Locker

If you won’t be home to receive your order, Parcel Locker is a secure and easy to use service available 24/7. By utilizing a parcel locker, you can collect your order when it suits you.

Select ‘Deliver to Parcel Locker’ in the checkout and select a nearby location to collect your order from. There are more than 290 locations across Australia at post offices, train stations, petrol stations and supermarkets.

Please note: You have 48 hours to collect your order from the selected Parcel Locker before it transferred to your nearest Australia Post facility. Parcels larger than 39 x 36 x 64cm are not accepted with Parcel Locker.

While we endeavour to deliver your order within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee these delivery times - especially during busy promotional and sale periods where dispatch may be delayed due to increased volume of orders.

Same Day Delivery and Click & Collect may not be available as delivery methods during promotional and sale periods.

Dispatch of orders may also be delayed when verification or correction of your payment and/or address information is required prior to dispatch.


All MIMCO orders are delivered by registered courier. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped from it's fulfillment location. This will include a tracking link so that you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel. Please note: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours.

Rest assured, if you haven't received a dispatch email notification our team are most likely still working hard to get your product/s to you. We will of course keep you informed with any order information as updates become available.

To avoid delaying your order and any disappointment we may fulfill your order from multiple locations. In this instance your purchase would be split into multiple orders and delivered to you separately. You will receive an email notification with any new order details including your tracking information. In the event of a split purchase please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges. Orders purchased using Same Day Delivery will not be split.


Through our partnership with eShopWorld, International shoppers can opt to view products in their preferred local currency and guaranteed order total including all applicable taxes and duties when checking out at

When you first visit, you will be asked to confirm your preferred currency and delivery country. If at any time you wish to change these settings, you can choose from the dropdown menu within the header of the website (NOTE: this will clear your shopping bag).

To shop, add items to your shopping bag, and click 'Checkout Now' to check out. eShopWorld then calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including $9.95 AUD flat shopping rate, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs authorities in your destination country.

By not going through eShopWorld, you will not experience the streamlined international checkout benefits.

You will not have any import tax or duty charge applied at checkout or included in the final transaction total. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient prior to delivery. All transactions processed via the eShopWorld checkout will have the applicable duties and taxes due on arrival included in the final amount calculated at checkout.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from making the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed in the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
