Place your Click & Collect order by 5pm on Monday 23 December to receive in time for Christmas.
Place your order online and collect it from a nominated store (where the items are available), free of charge.

Add items to your cart as you would when shopping online
2.
Select 'Click & Collect' at the checkout, enter your postcode and select your preferred store
3.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection*
*Please ensure you have received your 'ready for collection' email before visiting the store to collect your order.

Collection times will vary based on the item/s location and availability. Please ensure you have received your 'ready for collection' email before visiting the store to collect your order.
Estimated timeframes: Item available in store Item not currently available in store Ready to collect within 2 business hours. Product will be sent to nominated store and will be ready for collection within 3-14 business days. Please note: After you've been notified that your order is ready to collect, it will remain available for collection for 14 days before it is refunded.

For security purposes, the person that placed the Click & Collect order or the nominated person to collect the order must be present at the time of collection. Our store staff will ask for photo I.D. to verify identity at the time of collection.

To check if an item is available for Click & Collect, simply select the ‘Find in store’ option on the product page. Please note: Click & Collect is not available on all items or at Mimco outlets and Mimco David Jones.
