At MIMCO we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. If you are unhappy with the product you have bought from our website, we will gladly exchange it for something else or offer you a refund*. International eShopWorld orders may only be refunded and returned via post.

Please keep in mind that this is subject to inspection, all products must be in their original, unused condition with original tags attached and within 14 days of delivery date for Australian and New Zealand orders (or 45 days from order placement for international orders).

*Unless deemed faulty, or as otherwise required by law, MIMBOSSED Products cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, additionally for hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund on earrings, hair pieces and accessories for change of mind.

If you believe that your product exhibits a genuine manufacturing fault or has been described incorrectly online, please return your item for inspection to your closest MIMCO boutique or via post to our returns department.

Please note: Our Customer Service team are unable to assess any used items via email. Items must be returned to a boutique or the online team for assessment. Similarly, we cannot accept returns via post for items that have not been purchased online.


You are welcome to exchange all full price and sale merchandise* to your local MIMCO boutique. Simply visit one of our Boutiques with your proof of purchase and our friendly team will assist. *Due to health reasons this excludes earrings, hair accessories, hair pieces or hosiery.

If you would prefer to exchange your product via post simply complete the enclosed returns form and send it to our online returns team.

Once our online returns team receives your exchange request, they will refund any returned merchandise back to your original account and will create a new order containing the exchanged item/s. We will notify you of your new order number via email once your exchange has been processed.

Any discounts received will be carried over in all exchanges. Similarly, any Rewards used towards your purchase will be carried over on to your exchanged item. If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original item(s), any additional rewards used towards that purchase will be forfeited.

If you wish to exchange your International eShopWorld order, please return your item/s for a refund and place a new order for your desired item/s. 



For Australian Orders, simply show your proof of purchase and the credit card used for your online purchase at any MIMCO boutique within 14 days of order delivery.

Orders made via PayPal may be refunded to the credit or EFTPOS card of your choice. Please note that the cardholder name must be identical to the name on the order confirmation and a form of photo identification must be presented.

Returning Afterpay Orders for a refund: If you would like to return your Afterpay order for a refund, this can only be done by sending your item back via post. Afterpay orders cannot be returned for a refund via a MIMCO Boutique.

Returning Afterpay Orders for an exchange: Afterpay orders can only be exchanged at a MIMCO boutique for size, colour and same value exchanges or a gift voucher to the value of the item purchased. Afterpay orders cannot be returned for an exchange via post.

Please note: Any items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in MIMCO OUTLET, David Jones Concessions or MYER Concessions.

For all Australian and New Zealand orders, simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order within 14 days of order delivery. Please send it back to our postal address along with the item/s you wish to return.

Ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and MIMCO online return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. We recommend sending your return back by registered post as MIMCO will not be liable for any return parcels lost in transit.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, subject to inspection MIMCO will arrange or refund postage costs upon presentation of receipt/s.

Allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our returns address for your return to be processed. Once your return has been finalized you will be notified via the email address provided during checkout.

For all International EshopWorld orders, please login to the eShopWorld returns portal here for further instructions on how to return your order. Please check the packing slip included with your order to determine whether it was dispatched by eShopWorld. All international returns must be received within 45 days of order placement.

For all non-EshopWorld International orders, please return your order to the 'MIMCO Return Address' in the above table, following the instructions on the packing slip included with your order. All international returns must be received within 45 days of order placement.

Please note: Delays to return processing may be experienced during sale and promotional periods.


Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed.

Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Change to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts or Rewards
  • Full order cancellations
