This year, team Mimco celebrated the festive season in style with an exclusive Mimco x Zoncello Christmas Lunch, hosted by celebrity stylist Elliot Garnaut on 4 December 2025 at Zoncello. Guests were treated to an early preview of our upcoming January, February and March 2026 collection — a first look at the new season’s direction ahead of its official launch next year, with romantic western influences, nouveau-boho detailing, fringing and studs setting the tone for the months ahead.
The intimate gathering brought together 30 of our Mimco muses and close collaborators, including Rebecca Harding, Olivia Molly Rogers, Lexi Lobb, Bridget Hustwaite and Darcy Spinks. On arrival, guests were welcomed with RoRo — Zoncello’s new aperitivo spritz — its juicy red hue perfectly mirroring the collection’s colour pops and setting the scene for a vibrant, celebratory afternoon.
A long lunch followed, with a menu curated to hero Zoncello’s signature, produce-led Italian cuisine — from burrata cheese with fresh tomato and basil to proscuitto crudo topped wood fire pizza and delectable candied orange cannoli.
Garnaut captivated guests with his walkthrough of the collection, contextualising key pieces within the broader trend landscape. He traced the range’s bohemian and Western influences — from fringing, studs and suedes in 1970s couture through to the mid-aughts boho revival spearheaded by icons like Sienna Miller and Kate Moss.
Reflecting on the role of community in shaping the industry, Elliot shared:
"What’s really special about days like this is actually connecting. I remember when I was starting out in my career, events like this were great for meeting your peers… thank you to Mimco for really honing in on that focus and being a network of support for the incredible women championing this industry."
