MIMBOSSING is available online at www.mimco.com.au and at our MIMCO Chadstone Flagship Boutique, Myer Melbourne & David Jones Elizabeth Street Concessions on selected items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the desired MIMBOSS information is submitted correctly, including but not limited to font size, foil colour and the letters to be MIMBOSSED.
Customers may choose up to three letters to be MIMBOSSED.
MIMCO will not be held responsible if the customer provides incorrect or unclear information as to the details of their MIMBOSS.
Once a MIMBOSS order is placed online, this order is final and MIMCO is unavailable to ammend any orders once they are submitted.
Please note that as all our MIMBOSSING is done by hand, every item is unique and there may be slight variations. Over time, the MIMBOSS may fade with wear. Refer to MIMCO’s care instructions for further details.

Please note: that during promotional and sale periods MIMBOSS order dispatch timeframes may be longer than specified.
MIMBOSSED products cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note due to change of mind - unless the product exhibits a genuine manufacturing fault or as otherwise required by law. Products must be returned to a MIMCO boutique or our Online Returns team in a reasonable timeframe and is accompanied by proof of purchase. For further information, please visit our returns page.
CARING FOR YOUR MIMBOSSED PIECE
Avoid scratching or excessively rubbing the MIMBOSS foil as this may damage the MIMBOSS.
Do not use leather protector or conditioner on the MIMBOSS foil.
